Exchanges and returns
Your exchange/return must be done using the exchange/return form. Please, have the courtesy of: 1- Fill in the exchange form Please fill in the form below. 2- Place the article inside the box Place the item you’re returning into the same box that came with your order. Please keep all the tags and original packaging. Close the box and seal it with tape. 3- Article submission Please ship the box to the address indicated in the box. The costs of re-sending it back will be charged to the customer. 4- Refund After receiving and reviewing your order and if everything’s ok, we’ll proceed with the refund through bank transfer. You will receive an email with your request’s confirmation (exchange or return) such as a credit note that you shall send us back signed. After receiving your credit note signed, we will proceed with the refund. Damaged items due to washing mistakes can not be exchange/returned since Frambooesas is not responsible fot their misuse/washing. Upon receipt of the item, it will be reviewed and the exchange/return will only be carried out if the conditions described above are met. Frambooesas will inform you, within three days after receiving the item to be exchanged/returned, if the exchange/return request will be approved, via email. If approved and the item for which the customer intends to exchange is in stock, the bank details will also be indicated in the email to pay the difference in value, plus shipping costs. Upon receipt of proof of payment, the new order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days. The exchange can be made for another size or another model, however, it will have to be for an item of equal or higher value that we have in stock. We can’t exchange or returns personalized items.
