Can I buy different tops and bottoms? (Model/Size).

RASPBERRY bikinis are always sold with two pieces of the same model. There are models in which you can buy pieces of different sizes, and they are available on the website.

The model I want is out of stock. Will you have it again?

If you want an item that is temporarily out of stock, you can always select the size you want and enter your email to receive a notification if the item becomes available again.

Can I exchange or return my items?

Yes, to exchange or return an item, you must first make the request for an exchange or return, sending an email to geral@frambooesas.com , and later, after we receive the article in the same conditions in which it was sent, we will proceed with the exchange or devolution.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 working days after receiving your item to exchange or return it.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1/2 working days from the moment payment is received. Exceptionally, there may be items where the deadline is extended, namely pre-sale items, which will always be mentioned on the item page.

If there is any obstacle to shipment (stock issues, cancellation or issues related to logistics, among others) we will contact you as soon as possible and try to solve the problem in the best possible way.

Our shipping deadlines are:

Mainland Portugal: 1-2 business days

Portugal (islands): 5 working days

Spain: 1-2 business days

Europe: 2-4 business days

What is the amount to pay for my shipment?

What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?

In case you receive an incorrect or defective article, you must contact us via email geral@frambooesas.com .

Can I change my delivery address after purchase?

You can change your address as long as the order has not yet been shipped, by contacting us via email ( geral@frambooesas.com ) requesting the change.

My order has not yet arrived. How can I find out where it is?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the TRACKING NUMBER, which will allow you to track your order.
