Can I buy different tops and bottoms? (Model/size).

Frambooesas bikinis are always sold with two pieces of the same model.
It is possible to buy different sizes of the same model.

The model I want is sold out. Will you have it again?

If you want an item that is temporarily out of stock, you can always select the size you want and enter your email to receive a notification if the item is available again.

Can I exchange or return my items?

Yes, to exchange or return an item, you must first make the exchange or return request by sending an email to geral@frambooesas.com , and later, after we receive the item in the same conditions in which it was sent, we will make the exchange or return.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 business days after receiving your item to exchange or return it.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the moment payment is received. Exceptionally, some items may have an extended delivery time, particularly for pre-order items, which will always be mentioned on the item page.

If there is any problem with shipping (stock issues, cancellations, or logistics-related issues, among others), we will contact you as soon as possible and try to resolve the issue in the best possible way.

Our shipping times are:

Mainland Portugal: 1-2 business days

Portugal (islands): 5 working days

Spain: 1-2 business days

Europe: 2-4 business days

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?

In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us via email at geral@frambooesas.com .

Can I change my shipping address after purchase?

You can change your address as long as the order has not yet been shipped, by contacting us via email ( geral@frambooesas.com ) requesting the change.

My order hasn't arrived yet. How can I find out where you are?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the TRACKING NUMBER, which will allow you to track your order.
